St. Bernard Parish Recovery Planning Tool (RPT) Unveiled

On March 20, 2006, the Louisiana Recovery Authority (LRA) and FEMA's Long-Term Community Recovery Team (LTCR) launched a new web-based Parish Recovery Planning Tool (RPT). Each affected Parish in Louisiana has its own RPT which can be viewed to learn about recovery planning efforts. The St. Bernard Parish plan (like all other affected Parishes) outlines an overall vision for recovery, recovery goals, and defined projects for meeting those goals. Recovery projects are assigned a recovery value using a standardized methodology found in the Long-Term Community Recovery Planning Process.
