Hurricane Recovery Community Meeting

You are invited to attend a community meeting in St. Bernard Parish.

The meeting will be held:

At this meeting, representatives from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 (EPA), Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) and the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (LDHH) will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss a variety of hurricane recovery-related topics, including:
• EPA response activities in St. Bernard Parish
• The status of the Murphy Oil Spill cleanup
• LDEQ Risk Evaluation/Corrective Action
Program (RECAP) action levels to ensure
human health and safety
• Human health and safety concerns
• Handling and disposing of household hazardous waste
• How residents can keep informed about hurricane recovery in the Parish
